Sale and Special Order Items
Special order items are products that are currently not in our inventory and are specially ordered through our manufacturer channels. No refunds or exchanges on un-damaged special orders, tools, and sale items.
All warranties are provided by product manufacturers only.
Damaged / Defective / Incorrect Goods
We will arrange for damaged goods to be collected/returned at our expense.
Cancellation Period / Timeframe
After Purchase - Before Delivery
You can cancel your non-sale order(s) any time after purchase but before the item has been sent out for delivery.
After Purchase - After Delivery
You can return your non-sale order for any reason within 15 days after delivery for exchange or store credit only.
Shipping & Handling Costs
We use the following couriers for deliveries:
United Stated Postal Service
Shipping costs are calculated using the originating zipcode at our facility and your delivery zipcode. We also take in the size and weight of the item.
Handling costs are calculated on a per product basis.
Delivery Charge on Returning Goods
Refunds on delivery charges are provided on all orders eligible for return
Products Returned Exceeding the Cancellation Period

How to Request a Return or Refund
Orders that have been purchased but not delivered can be canceled online on our website or mobile application by the user. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or call (510) 646-8056 for other requests for refund\return.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWABLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, UP Plumbing Supply DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTIES THAT THE APPLICATION IS MERCHANTABLE, RELIABLE, AVAILABLE, ACCURATE, FIT FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NEED, NON-INFRINGING, FREE OF DEFECTS OR VIRUSES, ABLE TO OPERATE ON AN UNINTERRUPTED BASIS, THAT THE USE OF THE APPLICATION BY THE USER IS IN COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS APPLICABLE TO THE USER, THAT USER INFORMATION OR MOP OR DELIVERY ORDERS TRANSMITTED IN CONNECTION WITH THE APPLICATION (INCLUDING AS PART OF MOBILE PAYMENT, MOP, AND DELIVERY) WILL BE SUCCESSFULLY, ACCURATELY, OR SECURELY TRANSMITTED OR RECEIVED, THAT MOP OR DELIVERY ORDERS WILL BE AS PLACED, DELIVERED OR READY AT THE SUGGESTED TIME, OR THAT ANY PARTICULAR ITEM ORDERED WILL BE AVAILABLE.
In the event of any failure of the Application to conform to any applicable warranty, User may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the Application to the User and, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the Application, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to any warranty will be UP Plumbing Supply’s sole responsibility. Additionally, Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the Application. UP Plumbing Supply, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims of the User or any third party relating to this Application.
